The commonest factor of success
by an average person is HARDWORK.
I have argued several times in my articles, speeches and books that hardwork alone cannot bring or guarantee success. It can only take someone near; therefore, everyone aspiring for perfect success must have a very particular factor that is called ATTITUDE.

With the
investment in the knowledge, a poor attitude will render it wastage. No wonder
it is widely accepted that, 'your attitude determines your altitude in life'.
For success is not something you can achieve without making any contact with
someone else. Attitude will sell you
before you can benefit with the overflow of success you achieve with TEAM WORK.

The reward
someone gets in imbibing the right attitude reflects in the teamwork. TEAM
itself is an acronym of Together Everyone Achieves More. That increase which is
achieved is made possible by the attitude that endears you to the people in
your team to work along with you. It is a known fact that someone with a flaw
attitude will find it very difficult to succeed in a team. No matter how such
person tries to coerce the other people in the team, the optimum in results cannot
be achieved.
