Borno State governor Kashim Shettima disclosed yesterday that he has information on the
whereabouts of the 276 schoolgirls kidnapped by Boko
Haram on April 14th. This opened the lid from the mystery surrounding the girls and will unarguably add to the speculation that Borno government has hand in the activities of the insurgent in that State.
The governor told the BBC;
"We've got reports of them being sighted in some locations – which we have conveyed to the relevant military authorities, for them to cross-check, verify and get additional information on the accurate location of the daughters.’
