Is Chris dissing Jay? This is got in one of  Brown's previous tweet, Chris revealed that he wants to collaborate with Jay’s wife Beyoncé, but he admits that Jay might have a ‘problem’ with it!

How interesting! It is clear that Chris is referring to Jay’s distain for him by suggesting he would have a “problem” with it, and when he says “Piru” he means Compton, the home of hip hop.

And that’s equally haunting.  It’s impossible to verify but the picture tells a story about the pain and suffering that exists in Syria right now.  There are many in the media who would like to say this is because president Bashar al-Assad is a ruthless killer.  And that’s half true.  Like other government leaders – he has engaged in war and with that war has come the death of tens of thousands and the displacement of over 1 million Syrians now living in refugee camps.

But this hasn’t always been the case.  This is the inevitable result of a covert war being waged by the U.S., Israel and other Sunni countries like Qatar and Saudi Arabia.  Our interests in taking down the Syrian dictator al-Assad are all about geo-politics.  If we take out Syria – we neuter Iranian influence in the region.  It has gotten so bad that al-Qaeda is now fighting on the same side as the United States government and Bashar al-Assad and his government are fighting al-Qaeda.  And Syrians are all the victim of this massive global covert proxy war.

It has gotten to the point where we don’t even know if the chemical weapons that were used in Syria were the result of al-Qaeda or the Syrian government.  When it comes to matters of intelligence and propaganda – it’s very hard to discern truth from fiction.  But no one can deny that Syria was a very stable country until we decided to go in all guns blazing.  We’re not bringing democracy to the world – that’s the sound of imperialism baby.

A business analyst, Mr. Richard Edoko, says that the business plan used internally by an entrepreneur doesn’t have to present the company to outsiders. He adds that the plan probably lives on a network, not on paper.

Experts note that some business plans have sales objectives, selling an idea, a team, and a market, to investors. They note that some others have a support objective, reassuring a lender about risk, usually with assets. According to them, a plan that may be great at selling the company may be bad at supporting a loan application, or for managing a company.

Should be realistic

Another feature of a good business plan is whether it is realistic or it can be implemented. Experts say that the entrepreneur will not get points for ideas that can’t be implemented. They note that an excellently researched and well written business plan for a product that can’t be built is not a good business plan.

According to them, the plan that requires millions of naira of investment but doesn’t have a management team that can get that investment is not a good plan. They further note that a plan that ignores a fatal flaw is not a good plan, but a bad one that may ruin the business in the end.

Must be able to define responsibilities clearly

The entrepreneur has to be able to identify a single person who will be responsible for every significant task and function. Experts note that a task that doesn’t have an owner is not likely to be implemented. The entrepreneur can go through a business plan and look to see whether or not he can recognise a specific person responsible for implementation at every point.

Clearly highlights assumptions

A good business plan must be able to highlight assumptions clearly. Experts say this is very important because business plans are always wrong. They note that business plans are done by humans, who are guessing the future, and humans guess wrong. As a result of this, business plans must clearly show assumptions up front because changed assumptions ought to lead to revised plans. The entrepreneur must identify assumptions and keep them visible during the planning process.

When it is easily understood by the entrepreneur

Experts say the plan must be precise and understandable when left to stand alone. Plans are judged by the business improvements they cause, and in some sense, by the implementation they cause. They note that the people in charge of a business plan have to know and understand the plan.

Should be on point

Edoko notes that every business plan ought to include tasks, deadlines, dates, forecasts, and budgets. It must be measurable and should also include metrics. He notes that the entrepreneur or the team must be able to ask the right questions while evaluating the plan.

Questions that should be asked include how to know in the long run if the plan was followed strictly. Also you should ask how you are to track actual results and compare them against the plan. You should also be able to find out if you are on plan or not.

Ibadan horror: Police arrest eight as AIG visits site

The Oyo State Police Command said on Thursday that eight people had been arrested in connection with the discovery of a horror forest in  the Soka area of Ibadan.

The command’s Public Relation Officer, Olabisi Ilobanafor, who said this during the visit of the Assistant Inspector General of Police in charge of Zone 11, Femi Omolaja, to the site, said names of the arrested individuals would not be made public yet.

She said, “We are working hard on the case and very soon, we shall bring perpetrators of the deadly and inhuman act to book.

“Already, we are making headway because we have arrested eight people who are linked to the act. We will  like to keep their identities secret for now because investigation is still going on.”

Speaking also on the progress made so far, Omojola assured the residents of the state that the police would not rest until those who ran the death camp were arrested and prosecuted.

He added that his visit was on the directive of the Inspector General of Police, Mohammed Abubakar.

He said, “A thorough investigation is ongoing and we don’t want to disclose any identity of those arrested in order not to hinder our investigation. I thank the people of this state for their cooperation with the police and patience. I also want to urge them all to be sensitive to what happens in their environment and report any suspicious movement to security agents immediately.”

Omolaja however warned that people should not take laws into their own hands, urging them to also desist from attacking mad people in the name of seeking revenge.

On the directive that the demolition of the buildings at the site should be stopped, the AIG said it was necessary as it would aid police investigation, adding that forensic experts must be allowed to evaluate the place before the demolition.

Also speaking on the attack of mad people by angry youths since the discovery was made, Ilobanefor confirmed the death of some of the mad men in the hands of the youths, warning that anyone caught attacking mad people would be arrested and prosecuted.

Osun visits victims in hospital

The Osun State Government on Thursday visited two of the victims of the Soka forest of horror who are indigenes of the state.

The two were part of the victims receiving treatment at the Adeoyo State Hospital in Yemetu, Ibadan, Oyo State.

The particulars of Wale Atoyebi and Funmilayo Olarewaju who are indigenes of the state were collected by the visiting officials.

Leader of the team, Biyi Odunlade, who is Governor Aregbesola’s Special Adviser on Youth and Sport, said the state had the police permission to take the two persons back home.

He, however, added that the government would confirm the claims of the victims before taking them home.

Olarewaju said she came from Ode-Omu in the state.

Court remands seven for arson

A magistrate court in Ibadan on Thursday remanded seven persons at the Agodi Prison for setting fire on a company’s gate and damaging the fence of another at the Soka area after the discovery of decomposing bodies in the forest.

The seven persons are Abdul Jelil Ayoade (28), Ashaka Oluwatosin (19), Abeeb Afolabi (20), Shuaib Abdul Lamid (25), Olagoke Afeez (21), Nuru Alimi (20) and Sodiq Asimiyu (21).

Another suspect, Muktal Ganniyu, was however granted bail by Chief Magistrate, E. A Idowu, in the sum of N20,000.

They were arraigned on  five counts of felony, arson, willful and unlawful damage contrary to and punishable under Section 443 of the Criminal Code Cap 38 Vol. 11 Laws of Oyo State of Nigeria 2000 as well as Section 415 of the Criminal Code Cap 38, Vol. 11 Laws of Oyo State Nigeria 2000.

The suspects were also charged with unlawful assembly.

The charge sheet number MI/389C/2014 stated that they had contravened  Section 69 of the Criminal Code.

The magistrate ruled that the case be adjourned till April 3 for further hearing.

Nollywood’s Biggest Blockbuster? “Half of a Yellow Sun” Had a $10 Million Budget

The adaptation of Chimamanda Ngozi Adichie‘s best selling novel – Half of a Yellow Sun, cost the production team a lot of Benjamins.

Half of a Yellow Sun set to premiere in Nigeria on Saturday 12th April 2014, stars Chiwetel Ejiofor, Thandie Newton, Genevieve Nnaji, O.C. Ukeje, Onyeka Onwenu, John Boyega, Anika Noni Rose, Zach Orji, Gloria Young and Tina Mba.

Biyi Bandele, who also directed the MTV Base “Shuga” Series, was the director.

According to Yewande Sadiku, an Executive Producer of the film, finding the funds for the flick was no easy task. “After I successfully raised $1bn for an undisclosed telecommunications company in Nigeria, I thought it would be very easy to raised $12m to shoot Half of a Yellow Sun. But I was wrong.” she said at a private screening on Tuesday at the Ozone Cinemas, Yaba, Lagos.

She further stated that “After I was turned down by some investors, I became very sad and unhappy for Nollywood. But the required funds were finally realised. The movie costs us about $10m dollars to shoot and this is beside other fees“.

Chiwetel Ejiofor and Thandie Newton will be present at the premiere in Lagos.

"One inmate said in passing ‘you a b***h for hitting Rihanna,’” a source close to the situation exclusively reveals to HollywoodLife.com. Chris is doing his best not to listen to the banter, however, it does make him “extremely upset” when he hears such sentiments.

“They be saying other stuff too, like ‘you ain’t no rapper, you’re a whack R&B singer,’” the source continues. “They’re in there trying to break him down.”

Oluwatidamilare was born on March 31st into the family of Mr and Mrs Isaac Ogunleye of Ilupeju Ekiti, Ekiti State but he was brought up in Ibadan.
